| Description: | Last day the lottery shall be conducted by the State Board of Elections, election authority or local election official when two (2) or more petitions are received simultaneously for the same office by more than one (1) independent candidate or more than one (1) new political party candidate, or by more than one (1) nonpartisan candidate, as of the opening hour of the filing period (DECEMBER 17, 2012).
